Enlightened Productions is a digital media and technology company with a focus on using technology and media for good, whilst building a brand synonymous with making a difference.

Our products and services include the development and provision of creative services, mobile applications and business solutions, publishing, education and training, platform development and multimedia distribution.

The business’s USP is content creation and the aggregation and activation of large audiences.

Enlightened Productions unique company structure is principally designed to build shareholder value and in doing so leverage social impact and value.

Our mission is to create value and positive social change through the profitable provision of innovative products and services. The Company’s products and services are all utilised in the provision of its flagship initiative – the Passion Project.

The Passion Project initiative has been designed in collaboration with young people, industry experts and a growing network of strategic partnerships.

Using a bespoke digital media platform, with rich engaging content and mobile applications, the programme looks to brings together all parties involved in the provision of youth engagement and employment services to provide a joined-up careers and support service for young people.

The initiatives operational process creates a naturally occurring social marketplace that encourages collaborative working practices between its corporate and charitable members ensuring our programmes deliver clear and measurable impact to all involved.

Enlightened Productions works closely with its charitable foundation to deliver its social mission through the operation of the Passion Project and the use of the Company’s other innovative products and programmes such as:

  • Alchemy – a charitable giving and community engagement platform aimed at leveraging society’s consumption of digital media services to raise funds for worthy initiatives.
  • The Ladder – an educational framework designed to support the self-development of a young person (16 – 25 years old) equipping them with valuable life skills and an increased sense of purpose.
  • Winning in the Game of Life (WITGOL) – a primary school curriculum approved product for pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural (PSHE) development and supports the OFSTED guidelines relating to British Values.

The need for such programmes is clearly evidenced by unemployment figures. The unemployed 16–24 age group accounts for over 130,000 individuals comprising 21% of the total claimant count in the UK.

This figure is however dwarfed by the numbers of young people classified as NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training), which currently stands at 690,000. This age group experiences significant disadvantages, with low or non-existent access to benefit payments when compared to other age groups.

The associated network of organisations involved in the engagement, support, development and delivery of services to this group of society is significant and whose reach impacts across every sector and demographic of society.
