Adviza is once again offering support to students across the Thames Valley for A Level Results Day, Thursday 18th August and GCSE Results Day, Thursday 25th August.
In local community locations and at many of the 130+ schools where Adviza provides careers services, our professional careers advisers will be on hand to give information, advice and guidance.
On Tuesday 23rd August, we are running a special session of the Morrisby Online assessment in Newbury which will provide A Level students with an instant report on potential careers and degree subjects to suit their abilities and interests.

Our careers advisers will be in some Bracknell schools on Results days. Our team will also be running a drop in sessions on Results days at the Elevate Bracknell Forest Hub from 12.30–4.30pm. Alternatively, you can phone to make an appointment for Friday morning.
On Tuesday 6th September from 2-8pm, our advisers will be at Elevate Bracknell’s ‘Futures’ event at the Open Learning Centre, Rectory Lane, Easthampstead, RG12 7GR. Drop in for expert careers and CV advice and to find out about local jobs, apprenticeships and training.
Our careers advisers will be available in some Reading schools and colleges on Results days. The Elevate Reading Hub in the Central Library will be open from 12.30–5pm, where there will be a careers adviser in every day during August to deal with Results days queries.
Our Reading team will be at Elevate Reading’s ‘What Next’ events on Friday 19th August for A Level Students and Friday 26th August for GCSE students. Drop in to the Elevate Reading Hub from 11am-5pm to see our careers advisers and a host of education and training providers and employers.
Our careers advisers will be in Slough schools in the mornings of each Results days to offer support, advice and guidance. They will also be on hand at the YES shop in Queensmere Shopping Centre in Slough from 1– 4pm on the 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th August to help those who didn’t get the results they needed.
Careers advisers will be in some Wokingham schools on Results days. Students will also be able to drop into the Elevate Wokingham Hub in Wokingham Library from 1-5pm on both Results days.
On Wednesday 31st August from 4-7pm our team are holding a ‘Get That Job’ event at the Elevate Wokingham Hub for young people who have nothing lined up for September.
Our careers advisers will be in some West Berkshire schools at Results time. Our West Berkshire team are holding a Results time drop in on Friday 26th August from 10am-2pm at the Calcot Community Learning Centre on the 1st Floor of Sainsbury’s Superstore, Bath Road, Calcot.
Appointments can be made to see an adviser at our Newbury Centre at Broadway House from 12pm-3pm on Monday 22nd August for A Level students and Tuesday 30th August for GCSE students. Phone 01635 889117 to book. In addition, we are running a special session of the Morrisby Online psychometric assessment in Newbury on Tuesday 23rd August.
