CW and its Chinese partner Hebei Always Composite Co. (“HACC”) have successfully tested the production turbines ahead of installation at Bimbo Bakeries in the USA. These production turbines, using the composite material CerarmixTM, will form the basis model for mass production in factories in China, for both domestic and international sales. CW has also appointed Philippe Cappelle to head up business development for France, and Tony Hoskinson as Company Secretary, taking over from CEO David Mapley.
Philippe Cappelle, a French/UK national, has extensive experience in leading and growing organisations across a number of industries and countries. As part of the Mannesmann group he has lead companies with sales exceeding Euro 300 million in Asia and Europe. In the last decade he has specialised in Cross Border Transactions, M&A’s and Trading as well as advising companies as a consultant or as Board Director guiding company development. He brings to CW a wealth of international business, finance and marketing expertise which will be extremely valuable in developing CW France when launched.
