CW Directors have appointed Aspen Agency Ltd. to advise it on a listing for the Euronext Exchange, at the entry level Marche Libre.
Formerly listed on the GXG Main Quote, after the GXG was closed by regulators in August 2015, CW initially considered and commenced an NEX listing process, and indeed delivered Group audited accounts early February as part of rapidly completing the process. However, given the seemingly slow process encountered by CW, the management has decided to concentrate on core business and simultaneously seek a broader European listing.
