AIM Disclosure Update

HaloSource, Inc., the global clean water technology company traded on London’s AIM (LON: HALO, HAL), announces the following additional disclosures under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the Company’s admission to trading on AIM on 18 October 2010 (“Admission”).

On Admission, Alan Matthews was and remains a director of Sweet Chariot Consulting Limited. Massoud Entekhabi was a director of LaundryCity LLC and Laundry Max LLC on Admission and resigned from LaundryCity LLC on 19 April 2013 and resigned from Laundry Max LLC on 2 July 2015. In the five years prior to Admission, Kent Johnson was a director of Npassage Inc. and he resigned from this company on 15 August 2007.
